You should really mention the cleaning needle, I thought we left it in the box and lost it. But it's in the back of the machine when you remove the water tank. Our injector needle was clogged, once I pushed the needle into the injector it splashed all over me 😅

Me too man, thanks @brayvdb2191 and also let me add that there is a small tool (also needle) for cleaning the needle which you can find at the back of the coffee machine, at the top right corner once you remove the water canister. Good luck
