I'm a mechanical engineering student with no background in electrical-electronics subject. I'm learning this for my semester examination on the subject Electro Hydraulic Control Systems, still I'm finding it very easy to follow and understanding it. at this rate professors should just send these videos, they're basically coaches anyway, my showing up to class is activly detrimental to my learning because its less time for me to watch Neso Academy

Routh-Hurwitz? More like "Amazing? Yes, it's!" Thanks for another great video. As a side note, I was wondering why you couldn't just use Descartes' rule of signs to determine that a polynomial with only positive coefficients couldn't have any positive roots. Then I realized that it only applied to *real* roots!

Sir , i know what is closed loop system but What is linear closed loop system?

Linear means that the system does not have any nonlinearity. If the system has nonlinearity, then RH criterion can't be used. We have to do Lyapunov stability evaluations.

In case 1 and 2 second example why we should not multiply b1 and b2 with minus (-) sign??

You should place (-) if you calculate the determinant. He already inverse the determinant no need to place (-)

6:09 weird. I know that if a denominator polynom is a Hurwitz polynom, the transfer function is stable BIBO (because in a Hurwitz polynom, all the roots are in the left half complex plane).

why? RH criteria is based on mathematical foundation, it is used to study the stability of the system not to find exact solution of the characteristic equation
