Thank you for the video great playlist. I had a doubt sir, in some places you take inverse laplace tranform of 1/(s+2) as e^(-2t)u(t) and in some places only e^(-2t). Why is that?

See our whole analysis in control theory is based on causal systems which are defined for t>=0 only ( or you can also assume that here we talk about real systems so t=0. u(t) =1 for t>=0 and u(t)=0 for t=0 only. Hope this helps 😌
