I'm an electrical engineering student from the Philippines and I have decided to watch and study some courses including this, I really don't have the money for donations so I'll just watch all the advertisements that'll appear and recommend NESO Academy to my schoolmates as a token of appreciation, again Thank you so much.

The notation for the cell used must be VsubBE thather than VsubEB as B is posetive relative to E for an npn transistor, also, really well explainned.

7:51 - Can you please explain why the few free electrons that come from the E and recombine in the B move as valence electrons through the Base Terminal? Like, what happens when they recombine that makes them flow through the base instead of passing on to the Collector Region?
@civilconcepts-mvr1672 жыл бұрын
Same doubt sir could you please explain ?
@Mesomeone7298Ай бұрын
There are not alot holes in Base so some are recombined but there are extra electrons that are left from the recombination so they will move to the collector This is because base is small and light

At the moment you said v=> k.e., that the electrons flowing due to Vbe have a high velocity, and therefore high kinetic energy, I finally understood the *reason* why the emitter can submit electrons to the collector in the majority (rather than them landing only in the base). Thank you very much for this video. Just to check my understanding... is it true that are we able to modulate the electron drift velocity by providing an electric field from Vbe, which, in turn, propels the electron through the P region?
