Step 1: Fill your water reservoir for at least 17.5 ounce abs mix in your descaling solution. Step 2: Empty your pod reservoir. Step 3: Put your machine in unlocking mode with no pods in it and hold for more than 7 seconds (you should see it blinking) Step 4: Turn to locking mode without pressing anything and turn it back to unlocking mode. Press and hold for 7 more seconds (you should see it blinking). Step 5. Turn it back to lock mode and press the button once to enter into descaling mode.

To clean Nespresso coffee machine at no cost: fill the water tank with natural white vinegar; Then you start pressing the cleaning button; After this process, fill the tank with clean water, then press the cleaning button again. After this process, the warning sign will go off; And your Nespresso coffee machine becomes clean and at a negligible cost. Trust this advice; I've been using it for years.

It happened to me too. I unplugged it and then replugged it and it worked

I phoned and they accused me of overheating it and said I needed to ship it back. I put a pod in and ran it while lifting the water tank on and off and it cleared an air lock.

Maintenance of these things is comically bad. A case study of how not to make a product. Consider the fact that it can communicate with an app, and they could jut add buttons to the app, yet they have things like, press the button 3 times in 2 seconds, or, hold the button while you plug it in. Stupid.
