Here’s the video with my participation in the Live Gala charity concert (Sharing Music Sharing love) to raise some funds to help the Chilean opera singers in need. I sang Nessun Dorma as the final act of the concert, at the piano wonderful maestra of Teatro Alla Scala di Milano Beatrice Benzi.
To play and to sing in a direct internet Live broadcast from different cities: Hamburg and Milano was not easy, but it was done with love! ❤️ This was our heartfelt contribution to this novel Cause Enjoy! 🙂🌺🎶🙏🏻

Let's assume you're right. And add to that all other affirmative comments under this video then one question comes to mind immediately: Why is Giancarlo Monsalve not one of the worldclass tenors of our time with sold out performances at the leading opera houses of the world? In contrast, Jonas Kaufmann is indeed one of if not the leading tenor who is regularly getting bashed over his "wrong and poor" singing technique (artificially darkened, voce ingolato etc.) How weird and contradictory is that?

@er12144 Super agree! I'm a baritone yet I always find myself watching sir giancarlo whenever I practice my high-range because his technique is superb, and I really look up to tenors that really connects the chest quality to their high notes that brings out this thunderous sound.

Hello Alfred, thank you for your interest, and great question! So, you have to be born with physical qualities that will define your real voice, and from that base you need hard work to make it happen. You know that my first teacher was a direct 3rd generation of Manuel Garcia School? that makes me 4th direct generation of that technique. Why I tell you this?: well. because Giacomo Lauri Volpi studied the Garcia School with his own wife María Ros who was a second generation of that school. I am a huge fan of Giacomo Lauri Volpi :) Alfred, are you a singer?

Dramatic tenor! bravo, powerful voices need strong and solid technique. I started as a Pop Singer, I was discovered by Nora Lopez Von Briessen 3rd generation of the Garcia School. Corelli's technique was based on the teachings of Arturo Melocchi and later on followed the Garcia School with private sessions with Giacomo Lauri Volpi in Spain :) You have good taste my friend. By the way, I am 2dn generation of the Melocchi method thanks to Giancarlo Del Monaco, son of Mario DM who send me to study with one of his fathers friend in Rome, Maestro Leodino Ferri. My students learn this method combinations with very good results.

@@giancarlomonsalve yes strong voice needs a strong vocal technic; yes i know the story of Corelli he is my favourite tenor !... he said he stopped with Melichi as it was not fitting his voice and said then he vorked alone mostly listening old tenor until he made some session with Volpi in Valencia , but he was already well known for me i was living in France and i never find a a teacher of the level of volpi so wasting time and as i was toomuch involved in my job i did not have time to go in italy now at my age i just singing fro my pleasure , idid like you i start to sing Rock n roll and it leads to vocal displacement , if not a dramatc tenor form the french opera told me i would be normaly be the tenor to sing Guilaume tell and reach even an High D, but life decid an other way....
