NEST Fragrances Rose Noir and Oud Candle Review & Help Me Decorate for Fall

How could I not have seen you before??? I’m so sad!! But hopefully your other channel is still going, I’ll take a look. I love your candle content, your views on the strength of Nest candles, your voice is fabulous, etc etc!!! I’m a Nest fanatic and have had great luck with prices at Nordstrom Rack ;but you’re right about the paucity of different scents). eBay is also a good source for FABULOUS prices if you can find a seller you can trust (which I definitely have). Grapefruit, Crystallized Ginger, Hearth, Amber (omg), Birchwood Pine and of course - HOLIDAY! Say no more! Anyway! I’m a rose freak too but have somehow managed to miss this one - will be remedying that tonight!!! Rose and powder - swoon!!

How does this compared to the jo Malone velvet rose and oud?

I am not a big fan of Rose candles but seeing the note of Oud I took a chance..I really liked this one....I really wish I could order on their sale but I am on a strict budget..I need to use what I have before I get more..I really like the scent of their Blue Garden too...I LOVE your decor pieces...The Rose candle would remind me of Beauty and the Beast mansion..Not sure if this would be to your liking but Yankee sells the drip taper candles...not sure if they only do red but a deep color would look great with your items there...I was going to say that a candle on the black pedestal would look really nice with the urn next to it...I agree...maybe a candle that is a little smaller than the circumference of the pedestal to give a variety of shapes and sizes...the great thing about the urn is you can switch out foliage as the season changes from fall to Halloween as you mentioned...that candelabra is gorgeous!..We used to sell more squatty tapers at Wicks N Sticks eons ago.. I looked on Colonial and they carry them..they are called 5 inch classic grand taper if you are feeling that a traditional taper would be to tall..this was fun..thanks for sharing.

I know! NEST is $$$ I am still debating spending the $. There are some holiday candles I want to try... also, I might try Diptyque Feu de Bois for fall and winter too. Diptyque also has a Oud candle and a Oak Tree candle... ahhhhh! :)

Oh gosh ...you've got me really wanting that candle. As far as decor goes. I always go fall, then Halloween then harvest...which is just a woodier fall. I love your ideas. Also concider spray painted black grey and purple with glitter branches for Halloween. And natural ones and berries for fall too. I also think a couple Crystal's hanging from the candelabra would be cool. And a raven perched on one. Also concider luminara moving flame candlesticks...they would be awesome for all year even. If you get them in a neutral color you can always wrap them with tissue paper or burlap or ribbon to change them for the holidays. I have a ton of different ones, and they cast an awesome pattern on walls and ceilings too. Ok enough from candlestylist (me on IG) I can go on and on forever when it comes to a table scape. Oh...burlap...a burlap runner is great for fall, and spray painted grey or black for hslloween .. make sure to leave it good and frayed too. Super inexpensive ...ok seriously I'm done😁😁😁😁

I have never heard of those candles! Thanks! I LOVE your ideas on decorations. I think gray or purple would look good. Ive even seen black spiderwebs with tiny spiders in them. I know home goods has some neat halloween candles and decorations. I am in love with your candelabra. If you had this all set up on a table just think how some dry ice/smoke would look wafting all around it on halloween. Maybe thats over the top but I have a big imagination lol. OR you could go with RED as an accent! Think DEAD red roses in that vase and a black skull next to it. :)

LOVE LOVE LOVE those ideas!!! The dead red roses!!! That's totally the Haunted Mansion vibe I was thinking about. Now I'm thinking about buying roses and letting them flop and dry that way... THANKS for the great ideas!!!!
