No it doesn't when someone says we have 6.5 KW or whatever that is the maximum power a panel can generate it's not a constant value (the same is mentioned on the panel as well) which depends on various factor such as sunlight, temperature etc. Then this DC power when goes to inverter for conversion to AC it gets reduced as most of the inverters have 97% efficiency. I have 8 KWH panel and the maximum peak power I've seen it generating is 6.6 KWH most the the time it is 5.6-6.

Yes you can. Use some approves 3 party approved service provider in MNRC AND UP NEDA. So you can get subsidies. Subsidies are applicable on domestic connection. And get work done in uppcl is a mamoth task. In my case 3pary is not capable to get this done. So no meter sync or any adjustment of exported energy since Nov2019. Power distribution should be handover to private player. Choro ka department hainyah upplc.

That is deplend on installed inverter. I only 5 kva inverter installed you can not increase solar panel in same plan. Either you have to upgrade inverter per the expansion or use othe inverter for expansion.

Nice video! Just a question - eg. If in the month of January you use 400 units, and you produce 500 units, Will the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Dept. give you a running credit of 100 units, which will be adjusted against the consumption of the month of February (i.e., next month) or will they convert the excess 100 units to Rs. 2.5/3 per unit, and give you a credit in Rs. for the month of February. It is more beneficial for the customer if they do not convert the excess units you exported in rupee value, and instead allow you to use them up against next months consumption... and only settle the units to Rs. once a year, when your electricity consumption will be less. Because the input cost is always 2/3 times more than the exported units cost. I think in Kerala they are allowing to keep the excess units in account for a year or so... don't know the scenario across India, though.

No, you can not use. For your information. Solar system is working only in a day time and even in day time if power cut is happened then you can't transfer the solar power to the grid. Let's take a example : suppose if any line men is doing maintenance work at grid and he just trip the circuit breaker for his safety. So, at that time there is no main power in the grid and you can't transfer the solar generated power to the grid. If you will transfer them that line men will get shock and he will get died. And if bijli board cut the grid supply then that means there is no demand of electricity on the grid as per bijli board. So, you can transfer the solar power on the grid during the power cut time.

If you want to use the day time solar generated power at night then go for hybrid solar system or off grid solar system. Which consist of battery pack and they get charged during the day time but still you can't run the heavy load from batteries at night. For example: A/C, iron, geaser, heating element etc.

Ab mujhe usme electricity bill toh nhi dena hai Atleast.. Aapke case mei aapne almost 13k units use kiye govt. Ke.. Which is roughly equivalent to rupees - 60-65k toh solar lagwane k baad bhi aap itna bill pay Kar Rahe ho ye kaha ki samajhdaari hai.. Haan he zaroor hai ki itna Keh sakte hai you yearly electricity bill just got halved. That's it. Batteries ka investment aur kar lete toh electricity bill se bach jaate.

I have installed rooftop solar 8 panel of 4 kw and import and export meter and srtpv meter. From the last one year export meter is showing 1185 units export while srtpv meter shows having produced 2263 units. Why there is difference of 1078 units and what should i do to set it right?
