She told reporters that "The prime minister's office has agreed to reschedule the meeting dedicated to Rafah and we're now working with them to set a convenient date." When the invading Romans conquered the land, they declared "Judea capta" ("Judea" (Israel) has been captured) and renamed the land "Palestina". Since then and up to now, when was there EVER a self-governing entity called "Palestine"? NEVER. Not because they were "oppressed", but because the inhabitants never considered themselves a national entity. As opposed to that, there WAS a kingdom of Israel that lasted the better part of a millenium. Besides, when there is a conflict between two peoples (or individuals), the best solution is through COMPROMISE, something the Palestinians don't want to do. Besides, who's calling them "inferior"? If the UNSC vote is binding and to be adhered to, then what is the need to still talk about the Rafah invasion? Why are the nations of the UNSC not forcing Israel to the ceasefire that was just voted on. What's the purpose of keeping the UNSC if they can't, or unwilling to, inforce their resolutions. If they don't enforce it, then they should be disbanded and get people in there who can and are willing to enforce their resolutions.
