This international justice for the Palestinian people is long overdue, and it is ludicrous for the US and Israel to say that the International Criminal Court does not have jurisdiction. The State of Palestine, which is signatory to the Rome Statue and therefore a member of the ICC and has observer status at the UN, like any other state if it alleges war crimes were committed on its soil in either Gaza, the West Bank or East Jerusalem as designated Palestinian land by the international community, it can bring a case to the ICC.
