I've had my eye on the Axial Bronco since they came out. Then they fell off of my radar. Just stumbled upon your video series on these tonight, and decided, "I WANT ONE!" Been into RC for a bit but never tried any form of competition. Now I need to look into events to see what's available in my area., and check into the rules/regs. That actually looks like a lot of fun!

I think personally. This is Axials best crawler out of the box. What a great place to do some wheel'n. Naturally if you gonna have a roll over. Its gonna land in the water! Really enjoyed the vid John. Right On 💪

All this thing needs out of the box is 80w shock oil. And maybe some new tires. Jconcepts landmines are the best for the early bronco. Ive tried literally everything else😂 but even the stocks are really decent. Just remove every other lug on them

As im watching i realized he is also using landmines. Im telling you they're awsome haha

Alright so you have inspired me to try this. i found a comp next month. It will be my first and i have a little time to prepare. I have a few options for overdrive but its got to be locked in. My question is what overdrive percent should i go for?
@netcruzer Жыл бұрын
Overdrive percent really depends on what terrain you expect. I thought the element RC ratio of 12% front OD felt good but still drivable on trails. Going higher reduced normal drivability for me, but it climbs better the higher you go. That’s my take on it. As far as I know, that Bronco has no overdrive, it’s 1:1.

What brushless system is the loud whiner? That's just annoying.
@netcruzer Жыл бұрын
I don't know, but an outrunner motor that loud likely isn't designed for crawling use. Yes it was quite irritating.
