90% of Netflix shows don’t work like that. This show was produced and made independently. Netflix then purchased it from the content creators. Whoever financially backed the original production (i;e covered the cost of filming) gets the money. However they are getting publicity which might lead to paying jobs.

Jazmine Parrott they did too much at times, I also feel as if they also talked about her her childhood was already bad so they “saved” her and she became one of the most prominent players on the team . I feel as if she wasn’t That bad because I grew up in Atlanta, I’m still here. And it’s very hard living the way I do. But again They could’ve made her look WAY worse. ❤️
