@@yoyo_1648 Although I agree to a certain extent that Ben understands Devi in a different way than Paxton does, and maybe even ever could, Ben does not have a better personality than Paxton. He bullied her, criticized her intellect, her appearance and diminished her as a person; just because he has a bad relationship with his parents doesn't mean that he has the right to bully other people. Also, Paxton was also there for Devi when she needed her, he went to her rescue after the coyote incident, was there with her at the hospital, then was there for Devi after she fell into the pool and everyone stood and watched. He went back to give her the dress just to have her mother insult him. Of course he wasn't there for Devi after! Having someone's family disregard you in such a disrespectful way would make you want to distance yourself from that person. Though Ben did appear to be a good friend for Devi after, it doesn't mean that suddenly everything that he had done before was erased.

tbh I really wanna see how Paxton really is behind close doors because I feel like he tries to hide who he really is because he thinks his friends would think he is lame, but I could tell that Paxton really likes Devi. Especially later on.. In episode 2 where Paxton tells Devi he didn’t wanna have sex with her anymore cause it got weird, he smiled when she was going in the house, and that’s how I knew he didn’t want her for just sex. I feel like Paxton was holding back in dating Devi because of how Devi’s mom told him that he wasn’t smart and just a boy who only cares about himself and girls. Also cause of how Devi lied.. he pays more attention to what people think of him and he doesn’t try to even be himself. If you guys noticed how he is around his friends he kinda acts like a douche. When Devi went up to him he looked at his friends with confusion, but I feel like he made that face cause his friends would say ew you like her?… she’s a nerd. I feel like Paxton tries to be someone he is not… i just wanna see how his character is in season 2. He seemed like a f boy in season 1, but I gotta say he is caring.

I don't care who Devi ends up with as long as she learns how to be a better person. She's always put boys above her best friends, and even herself above everyone else. And from the season 2 trailer, it seems that she can't decide which boy to date so she decides to date both at the same time, which I'm guessing will lead to her losing both and realizing that she needs to do better in both romantic and friend relationships.

My most favourite and most emotional scene (for me) was when Fabiola came out and told her mom she was Les. The emotions coming out of Fab’s face, the feelings of disappointment she felt I could see in her eyes.
