Champions never die, remember that. If they die, they need to be revived again to be Champion. :D And it is a cannon from Riot itself... Warwick which is basically Vander, The Ruined King which is basically Viego, Yone, Mordekaiser, Sion, Senna, and many more are dead but brought to life again to become a champion. As far as I know, that's the rule of Riot when creating a character for the Summoners Rift, That is the same reason why Silco will not be in the Summoners Rift despite showing in the TFT unless they re-alive him in the story/lore. That's why they have a song called "Legends Never Die". So no, neither Ekko nor Heimer will die. And everybody in the Arcane that is also in the Summoners Rift will not die...

Ekko is literally THE stealth person. He was watching Vi the entire time she was in the undercity waiting for the right moment to "attack". It was not an accident he showed up when she was finally with Jinx.
