My husband has sleep apnea. When he had his sleep study they told him he stopped breathing for more than 30 seconds 57 times. I wake him up when he lays on his back. For sleep apnea thats when it is the worst so I tell him to roll over. When he fusses I tell him Im saving his life hehe😊
