My mom is like that too. Which is odd because I'm not competitive, none of my siblings are competitive, but my mom just LOVES to "one-up" us whenever she can. Its kinda annoying, but I like to let her have her moments. To relate this to video games.. She will NEVER let us forget that she beat the first Castlevania on NES. That and Mercs on Sega Genesis. And she didn't just beat them, she'll say she "Conquered" them. Any time video games are mentioned in any fashion, she'll bring it up lol Now that I think about it, I should probably get her a Sega Genesis mini since that's a thing now. Klax, Columns, Ms. Pac-Man, Mercs.. those were her shit!
