if these poor Countries are hot and dry, i would suggest building solar power plants (if needed, with investions from trustworthy people) and selling the electricity to their neighbors. [Solar power plants are the next level after solar panels. A large tower with Mirrors standing around it, the Mirrors collecting the Light and sending it to the Tower. That creates so much heat, that it can easily fuel some large generators. The more Sun you can collect, the more Electricity you get]

Just by the way, in Korea Psy is involved in other scandals as well, however there's also no proof that he was directly responsible for any wrongdoing.

That's scary amounts of money going around scarily few people at once. Not like we can just toss them out to everyone, no, but hoo boy would be nice to see this money invested for long-term inclusive sustainable growth or something.

i worked for sleazy Goldman Sachs for a few months many decades ago but left because I hated the sweat shop culture. Even back then, some of the problems they had was how to print bonus paychecks with many digits and numbers. Their solution was to print multiple smaller paychecks for their giant bonuses. Horrible place and I don't regret not staying put.

Doesn't get old. Best explanation so far and sadly, one of the lousy that placed Malaysia into global petri dish under microscope, just like how Imelda placed Philippines with her shoes
