Because the people who benefit from these power structures don’t give a flying fuck about what’s good for the majority of the country, they care about what’s good for keeping them in the position of power they already have. This goes for both overgrown corporations and more longstanding religious structures, both of which have ludicrous amounts of money to use for that purpose.
@Ancientlaws5 жыл бұрын
It's mostly about power and ensuring that your beliefs get upheld. As a general rule of thumb, black people and minority tend to vote democrat, while most of the republican vote comes from white people. Now that's not saying that there aren't a ton of white people that vote democrat, there are, and democrats can't win without them. To say in power you have to make sure that your voting group or 'block' actually go out and vote for you, while at the same time trying to suppress any groups that won't. You do this by gerrymander, voter id laws, etc. Now don't think anyone is innocent here. Both democrats and republicans play this game. Whatever party is in power try their best to change laws to ensure their people get elected in the next election cycle. Bush did this, Obama did this, and trump is doing this.

Wanda Garrett I like how you know he is already going to win in November. It’s hard to believe that someone with on-set dementia could beat Trump himself. And with all this scandalous stuff coming out about Obama, Biden’s only claim to fame is becoming a downfall. It’s crazy how racist you guys actually think Trump is. Can you name one racist thing he has done (except for the Muslim ban)? Nobody I have asked this question has answered me yet, and I have asked many.

Jorrell Richardson that joke was a miss. But, the rest were good!
@Traumglanz5 жыл бұрын
@@RS-ti7bz I think the joke was actually quite good. How do you talk about 9/11 without mentioning 9/11? His point was, that she was doing a report on school shootings and did not even mentioned guns. It was not even about that guns might have been the problem, she was downright ignoring the thing which is in the name of the thing. That is even more outrageous and silly than just ignoring any potential implications or reasoning if guns are the problem or not. She was simply ignoring it. Still, the joke was a weak one, I agree.

Thanks for the master class in comedic writing techniques and punchline delivery. @@noinformationavailable4114 As for you, there are currently about 1.9 billion Christians and about 1.8 billion Muslims on the planet.
