Mira was kinda off putting the first season because of how anime-ish the expressions were but Riisa Naka really did a great job during the final episode that it felt more and more natural as it went on. The fakeouts were definitely my favorite part of the season

When I watched S1 and S2, i couldn't help, but notice how much everyone acts like anime characters, just to find out after that the show was actually based on manga/anime. But still, while I could accept all the rest of the characters' half anime/ half realistic acting and find it sometimes even humorous, she seemed WAY over the top.

That was so funny in the manga. She was like "Ooh, were zombies everywhere!" and you would see an imagine of zombies roaming the streets, dead bodies everywhere, until one of them rises to reveal it was Mira herself and she would say "Or something like that!" And then she would go on with another scenario, like aliens attacking, again dead bodies everywhere. One of the dead bodies would just look up towards the reader - it's Mira: "Or something like that!"

I found her performance in the show absolutely captivating! I haven’t read the manga but her delivery of the lines, mannerisms, the eerie yet elegant aura surrounding her.. she really aced the Queen of Hearts. She was dangerous and creepy but equally mesmerizing and stunning at the same time. I wanted to see more of Mira, especially a bit backstory with other face cards maybe.

It's because the K-government is paying to promote their contents. It's their national policy to cover up the negative image of the country by those fantasized contents. You can enjoy them, but you have to be careful not to be fooled, like into buying their dangerous cars, etc.

@@kengo7273 I have always preferred Japanese products because of Japanese work/product ethics. You can clealry see the difference in the final product. It’s just sad that there are great singers, bands, groups, actors, series from Japan but they don’t get attention in the West because they’re not promoted like the Hallyu Wave of Korea. Although I admire that Japan is not trying too hard to sell themselves to others (the West). But I need more Japanese content like in Netflix.

@@GlennThoughts Yes. I think AIB is one of the best series in Netflix, in the Top 10 for sure. The idea of “life is a game we play together and we should all try to enjoy it” stuck with me the most. Well, many ideas about life really. Made me think about life again. I have watched the last 2 episodes of Season 2 around 3 times now and I still get lessons and new thoughts after. Incredible. Even the fight scenes and games are just wow.
