That's my favorite part :-) I really like it, when the main character picks up a random object, uses it to defeat the bad guys, damages the object in the process and is then like "Sorry for breaking it, here, let me pay for it." Like, beating up bad guys is nothing noteworthy, but breaking something is. Interestingly to note is also that some characters after trashing a place in a fight are not just paying for the object they fought with but also give the owner a stack of money and are like "I hope this covers the damages". In this case, she makes a clear distinction between what "she" broke (the can) and what "the others" broke (things that got ruined or at last dirtied because they pushed her onto them or they fell onto them after she knocked them down) and is only willing to accept responsibility for the former.
