22:04 Fun fact - During filming of season 1 of GBBO the producers tried to introduce “drama” like that in American reality shows. Sue and Me (the hosts of seasons 1-7) felt the initial filming was cruel. Contestants would be asked intrusive questions, about dead relatives etc, in an attempt to get them to cry on camera. Mel and Sue said they didn’t want to be part of the show if “lovely home bakers who were just trying to make pastries” were being exploited like that. Because the producers really wanted to keep the hosts they changed the format to the more gentle and charming version we see today. They’re a big part of the success!
