Hi Anu, it is tiny care brand. There are various types of tiny care nappies on Amazon (unfortunately under the same name). Some aren't as soft as the ones we used. That's why I have given a first cry link of tiny care nappy comfy junior (choose size according to age) . Pls check

Hi , seeing your review on Tiny care nappies I had ordered for them but was disappointed upon seeing them . They are not soft at all and it’s not sold by tiny care brand . I am not sure what went wrong. They are not returnable as well . So I feel it’s waste.

Hi Anugraha, The tiny care nappies I used and showed in the video are very soft and also has a label on every nappy that says tiny care on it. If the label is missing then it might very well be a fake product that you have received. Even if it comes under not returnable, you could send out an email to Amazon customer care stating that you received a fake product and they would definitely process the return. Also, please let me know if you ordered via the link given in the description box . If so, I would like to remove that from there as I don't want my viewers to be misled. Again, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
