Maybe you can answer this, after I have made up the rosette and start the body of the net, does it start to form the circle shape from the circle shape from the rosette. Or do I have to make joints around the whole length of the body section of the net. Is there anyone that you could direct me to that has hoop net video out that you know, giving detailed information or instructions ?

Does all your net video apply to making circular nets. I'm needing to see how to build a circular net for turtle hoop net traps. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

The principle of tying the know will be the same. I am guessing though, that the overall shape will be different. I have to say that i cannot give you much help in that area, as I have never tied a circular net.
