How to Enable " PING " in Windows 11/10

This video shows you how to Allow Incoming Ping in Windows 10. By default Windows computers do not allow ping to it, so I made this video to explain how to allow other computers to ping to Windows computers.

I can ping my own ip but if I try to ping someone else’s it gets no requests and the ip is online and icmp is turned bc I can ping it from another computer and it works

Good check, yet not resolved the issue in my case :/ Moreover, I ve tried disabling firewall and AV completely. I can ping other devices in my network, but this one cannot be pinged by anyone. Also checked for duplicate IP addresses and changed IP to DHCP.
