Its unlikely, that navigation uses Dijkstra. It most likely uses A* because it has geolocation reference and can infer proper metric to the destination.

Hello sir, can anyone explain me why area 0 is called backbone area, why only 0 is used? why so specific?

Backbone because it is the one area that all ABRs must have an interface connected to if you are dealing with multiple areas. I’m not sure why it is restricted to 0, but I assume for consistency in the same sense that on switches the default native VLAN is always VLAN 1.
