In the case of the network (without a lead firm), can we apply for tenders in the name of network only or do we have to apply for individual names? 2nd question is that after recognising the network from ICAI can we register it as a Partnership firm or AOP and in the case of AOP where should we register it (trust, society, section 8 company) or is registration not required as an AOP?

sir suppose there is a firm having 2 partners AB & Co. and a govt company specifies that a firm with minimum 3 partners are required to conduct audit so if that firm AB & Co. forms a network with other firm CD& Co. having 3 partners so now will their combined strength in numbers will be recognized as 5 and can AB & CO. take empanelment on basis of strength of network.

Yes but govt tender should also recognise that network application and empanelment is acceptable.i think icai must be working on this aspect because otherwise networking is of no use in case of govt assignments.

Sir, Senior CA just using UDIN. If I take any assignments Basis work. Offering 20-25% Very Difficult to Young CA who started Practicing. Bare CA ka Calculation hai. 10% TDS 15% Royalty 20% for Reference 20% for who taking responsibility for Tender Now balance 35% Now If I Take on assignment than I will get 60% of 35%= 21% Approx.

Kindly do the assignment and then even leave 21% for his pension fund and ask him to give you donation receipt instead. Sadly, calculation which you showed is nothing less than exploitation But having said this there are also people who are willing to work on these terms to detriment of all.

You can travel for various ICAI program across states or within. International conference are good place. 2022 we have World Congress of accountants in mumbai that must be attended. Though corona is big dampener in all this.
