Well, even more important for him to stop artificially darkening his voice. Depressed larynx and tensions, evident from the tremolo in the high ranges and sometimes completely straight tone.

A very Good voice but the young man sings with a wrong technique.The focus is to low back.It must be in the palate.He must learn from the great italians Guelfi , Bastianini and Cappucilli.

This young man needs to step aside from this horrible technique. All throaty, too much tension, fake depth and bad vibrato. I don't understand who let this young baritone to expose like that singing an aria that is too advanced to him. I say this as a baritone that sang this aria many times. My advice, listen more cappuccilli and less hvorostovsky. Not as a matter of imitation, but to take a reference of projection and natural larynx position.

_This young singer has been given a great gift by nature at a young age & as such, is above criticism ( s ) as nature is rarely criticized._ _How does a voice -- his voice -- become greater, more mature, deeper, darker, more resonant w / age when it is already there ?!_ _How much better can he become in the future ? He can only -- possibly -- disappoint as there is nothing left to do w / such a magnificent Bass Sound at this stage._ _Those who find fault w / singers who have a voice so early, forget to " see ", " hear ", appreciate, 🔴imagine🔴 the years yet to come._ _🔴Imagine🔴 his performance as ' Don Giovanni ' to bring memories, thought dead, of the first ' Don ' who, as we all know, was in his Twenties !_ _( What more do we want from these gifted singers -- the greatest in the world ? We want their Blood like Vampires who feed on Brilliant Human Vocal Sounds as Bellini & others give Their Blood ! )_ _If he " barks " as someone commented, it is the voice of a dog who has a VOICE & can SING like no other Canine or Human !_ _We missed the Great Singers & the Great Voices of the Baroque Period. Awful and conformist comment. There are good and bad techniques, then good and bad teachers, that finally gave us good and bad singers. This is a good singer with a good voice, that was teached in a horrible technique. If he keep sing in that way, will not get better only, but he will destroy his voice before he reach 50 years old. It's a shame and a pity for him.

+Ivan Basbaritone , судя по остальным записям этого прекрасного молодого певца, можно сделать вывод, что на этом конкурсе он просто пел больным, и слишком волновался к тому же, потому крыл переход и не выходил нужным образом на верхушки. Обычно фа и фа# у него звучат совершенно стабильно, послушайте другие его записи...

К тому же на "желудочно-кишечное" пение местами переходил, да и в нижнюю челюсть дул почём зря. Болезненность, конечно, чувствуется. Но лайк всё равно поставил - из парня вырастет великолепный бас-баритон. Конечно, если петь будет с головой (во всех смыслах).
