100 ml water.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Recipe 3
2 cups oatmeal.
2 apples.
Cinnamon.
130g yogurt.
2 eggs.
2 tbsp sweetener.
80g walnuts.
80 g cranberries.
Grease with butter.
In the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C.
Recipe 4
1 cup oatmeal.
1/2 cup oatmeal.
1 apple and 1 banana.
Cinnamon.
2 tablespoons coconut oil.
40g walnuts.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
