To perform at NAMM must be the worst conditions, you have no privacy, you have people ALL around you, not just in front of you:) like 2 feet away! you have to rely on your mix, acoustics are not ideal, you can nail your performance, or you can get through it, either way, I give MASSIVE kudos to the legends who play there every year flawlessly despite what fans see. They are human as noted. Tosin isn't even playing his regular guitar but a new one off the demo stand. Just very cool indeed! \m/!

I think Tosin is an incredible modern guitarist, but it's far away from the accuracy of Mr. Pablo Gilberto... It's rare to see Paul makes a mistake. Probably Tosin does more complex things and goes over his limits.

I remember seeing AAL in concert over a decade ago. It was the most mesmerizing show I've ever been to. You can't help but to watch and be in awe of Tosin as he absolutely kills it. There's something especially magical about it in person

Interesting that, in an interview, Tosin's bandmate Javier (Reyes) said that if he could indulge in another career, that it would be as a "...spaceship pilot." That is what I am hearing in their compositions -- Space Flight. Interesting. I have seen all of Matt Garstka's videos featuring Eldar (Djangirov) and Henrik (Linder), which are phenomenal. Now imagine a SUPER BAND with all five of them...

I hold my pick like this!! My thumb is double jointed and so I can bend it backward, which gives my slant picking a negative angle of attack. I taught myself to play so by the time someone explained to me that my pick was angled wrong I was already entrenched in my habit!

I saw animal's as leaders when I was 14 at El corazon and they had the whole audience into it from the front stage to the exit door everyone created a moshpit and by the time the finale came around everyone joined together and headbanged to Tooth & Claw to end the night off. Best first show ever.

So many things about Tosin blow my mind, like it doesn't even look like he's playing the things that are sounding I don't know how he does it. also looking at his thumb joint on his picking hand. I'm double jointed but that's an insane level of double-jointedness.

its called pro tools even Jimmy Page sucked live but he was good enough to get it in the studio. Whats the point of playing electric guitar this is not electric guitar its a different instrument played differently with no bends or things that make a guitar unique.

I love how that double note by changing pickups sounds on 3:54
