AI is very powerful tool for creative and skilled people to do amazing work with, the best AI content like Neuro and Glorb are the result of a talented user working collaboratively with the AI to achieve results neither could do on their own. I love Neuro but I think most people would admit if it was just her yapping to herself alone all this time, the novelty would have worn off ages ago. The true magic is the interactions between Vedal, Neuro, and her extended family and friends, that's the heart of the channel and what makes it so special. It's very different from a lazy person trying to make a quick buck by having the AI do all the work, since Vedal is just as much a part of the channel's entertainment value as the twins, but some people are so blinded by AI hate they don't acknowledge his hard work.

Funny thing is, when mouse broke twitch sub record, she got a flood of hate from twitter tiktok etc. A sizeable portion of the hate messages are somewhere along the line of “wtf is this AI anime shit”. For anyone interested (I saw a couple people asking in the vod chat): "&amp" seems to just be a weird text thing that happens when Neuro tries to write "&", which is called an ampersand (hence "amp"), and just means "and." I'd guess whatever process she uses to output an ampersand is not properly converted to on-screen text so it just looks weird. Still, better than umlauts just straight up causing her to crash XD.

It'd be a hell of a coincidence if a text formatting issue specifically targeted the word "and" and replaced it with a symbol that means "and," but in reality had nothing to do with that fact.

Not escaping certain characters can cause issues, so it's just a minor bug. Vedal should really write tests for his code lol, because it's an easy thing to catch, and to fix

Well aren't we all work off of someone else? You consume the experience from that world, and improve yourself - same thing she does. Where does that experience come from? From countless other people that consumed experience for ages from the world. All your "creativity" blooms from that. Neuro-sama and you work the same way. And while you basically "steal" all the experience around, you produce something new from it, since it synthesizes through your perception. Same thing she does as well. The only difference between "original" and "stolen" is how similar your creativity is to the source, and i'm pretty sure Neuro-sama already far from it.

But I am thinking in terms that some people would complain an AI being nominated, especially with AI art being such a hot button issue in a lack creativity to outright stolen art. Neuro does have an active programer who makes public appearances, and that has been a good amount of charm, as an equivalent Vtuber. As well as a great tool that other Vtubers have worked off. Vedal himself has straight out pointed to her actual lack of being a truly independent free-thinking entity. And the rewards are meant to celebrate people. Although we all agree about the number 1 female streamer.
