0:42 I don't know how Vedal was able to integrate Neuro's voice with Minecraft so well, i don't know if it's obvious to anyone who's not a programmer but the way she's able to follow Mini, then express that she's following Mini is INSANE, and then she shoots him as a joke lol

There is probably a script that feeds information in-between Neuro and Minecraft. I'm pretty sure it gives her the location of blocks, entities and players/mobs around her.

I mean, reading minecraft chat is pretty simple. The real kicker is Neuro talking in minecraft chat and having that be seperate from what she actually says yet still be part of her context

afaik, Alex developed the API that basically interprets neuro's 'commands' and translates them to actual understandable actions, and Vedal put context in her memory relevant to the available actions possible in the game and put it into her memory as likely more easily understandable plain text 'commands' that she can simply express. Seems to work fairly well though the limitations of the short term memory mean she tends to ADHD out and forget what she is doing after like 10 seconds. Still quite impressive! If he can get her short term memory to be a decently bigger context size(unlikely with current tech but that could change any day with the near constant advancement of AI) then she could reasonably actually play the game by herself fairly consistently(And she would definitely be able to remain more coherent in regular conversations as well).
