I very much doubt Nuero has much in the way of long term memory, as that is one of the bigger challenges we are currently facing with AI. It takes up a lot of space and processing power to record everything that happens and then retrain the AI in real time. That being said, Vedal seems to be pretty actively adding onto her training and manually adding things that she has done, so that she does "remember" previous things she has done.

An AI with set responses isn't an AI; it's a bot. She's a network of several neural networks, and she is built on Reinforcement Learning. She's as real as an AI can possibly be. Which is to say, more or less, a silicon version of an actual human. Albeit a bit bottlenecked, at the moment.
