It kinda makes sense why clapping as an emote would annoy her. It takes up useless space in her context window, and means she has less short term memory. Emotes as a whole do. If she's actually fed the whole chat, it going too fast due to pure emote spam is probably "overwhelming", in whatever sense a LLM can get overwhelmed.

The model has to dig through a lot more junk data to find the comments actually able to be responded to, and they'll each have less weight in the response generation, (assuming she uses transformer architecture). It becomes harder to maintain consistency. It's possible that's what she was saying ("when it happens too much, I forget my place..." Before chance dictated the additional words of "in the universe." Remember that sentences for models like this are generated in sequence, without the ability to edit the past, so thinking looks a little different)

​@@h3lblad3 I think the only options are he could working with open AI directly using the latest version of GPT they'll let anyone access, he could be paying for it though traditional public means, or he could be using open source solutions - which he almost certainly would be for at least somewhere, open source is common because it's easy right-wise to use and modify. Or Vedal is a radical who can run his own language models on a few GPUs. The issue with that is he implies it costs money to run Neuro-sama, so assuming he's not such a miser that he's complaining about the electricity costs - he's paying someone for some service regarding Neuro-sama during her active run time, which sounds like deal with/subscription to GPT to me.
