Neurographic Art | Art Therapy: Step by Step Instructions

This is really a great lesson- I've tried doing the neurographic art based on a light conversation with a neighbor who gave me brief instructions. I found that the ones I've tried are very uncomplex and basic, wide open spaces without much swirl or dance to them as yours have. I want to take the liberty in adding more swirls as you have shown in this video, even after the initial compilation is completed. Thank you for sharing your expressions 💖 they are beautiful!

Thank you! I use super cheap watercolors. I think these are Crayola brand.

Hello neurotic people I have been doing graphics art and sometimes I put birds in it. Sometimes I do flowers even duck goose and then when I put color to it, it looks beautiful. Try to do this and your noodle neurotic arts.

I would do some research online. I'm not a certified professional art therapist. I'm merely an art teacher who wanted to teach about the process for doing this technique. I hope you find what you're looking for!

Does the type of paper matter?

I suggest using multimedia paper or watercolor paper. Construction paper could work, but it could also start to fall apart on you.
