Neurographic art is a way of drawing that recreates the outer from the inner. The world is a reflection of the beliefs we hold. Beliefs are arbitrary limits on what is possible, and therefore frame the limited way in which the world is experienced.
Mindfulness drawing meditation was discovered and developed by Pavel Piskarev, a Russian psychologist and creative entrepreneur that discovered neurographic art.

I am a part of a spiritual path called Quanto life, where we practise releases of patterns, use synthesis by invoking quantum vibrational field, partner with the superconscious, examine our bodies, identify these patterns and pains embedded in out body parts, practise breathing and mediation, then go into Shavasana to release these patterns, aimed at holistic healing. Unconditional love and service for the larger good of humanity are some powerful tools we use to move towards the positive mindset. Now, I am combining various modalities and adding what you teach in my work!
