@nope246017 ай бұрын
What makes this "neurographic?" What makes this good "for anxiety?" Are you expecting people with panic attacks to set up a water color station? Or is this an activity for people to use to procrastinate and flare up more anxious feelings? How is painting while anxious more beneficial than tackling what is causing the anxiety? So many issues with the concept presented by this video.

Beautiful but a technical point, this is art combined with Neurographic patterns, it is not Neurographic in the true sense of how this was intended, nor the process or steps to follow. This is just a bit of it. I think it would be more correct to call it a Neurographic inspired jellyfish or Neurographic Art, creating a jellyfish. Not trying to be rude but unaware people would think that Neurographics is just an art form from this, when it is so much more. I know you touched on anxiety but it can be used for so many other things when using the full process. Loved the jellyfish anyway ❤
@caroleseubert6810Ай бұрын
I ❤ your videos. I’ve just started exploring neurographics and am enjoying it. I try to start a piece every day or two. I had to laugh when you mentioned working the intersections ‘cause that was an initial hangup for me - when I realized getting anxious about how to deal with then was counter to the goal of the process I just started playing with the shape of them. Sea creatures tend to creep me out but I plan to give this a try.🙏🏾

Tried the jelly fish today and I'll ask you to PLEASE consider making longer videos of you painting these...first of all I bet it would be calming content, but also help those of us who want to paint along. ❤❤❤❤❤❤ when I was learning how to master my thoughts and stop being negative I did these types of drawings and I promise it helped A LOT! Like yoga it helps you focus and your brain gets a wonderful break from the thought train. It’s a form of meditation when you can focus away from your monkey brain. I had been treated for various mental illnesses, but really all that was wrong was I didn’t know how to think. I studied all kinds of different data about it and as all humans do I made up my own personal path and voila I am well! No more meds or therapy. Your inner being will lead you on the right path. When they said you’re made of stars they weren’t kidding, you’re a small version of all you really are here in this body. Your real nature is a big fantastic consciousness dreaming you’re here. You’re immortal. You have magic powers which are actually scientifically sound if you understand frequency, vibration and energy.

It's not boring, some of us are soothed by the sound of the market and the rhythm of the movement and the strangely satisfying button gets a nice workout by watching you make little decisions about how you work your way across the page. Try a 5 minute video of you rounding angles.use color so the line work is the art❤❤❤
