God I need you. I cannot get the long head of the bicep to release. Been trying all kinds of release stretches and still not released.

Fold your arms in front of you. Like how people normally fold their arms. Your arms should be about parallel to the floor. Then rotate your arm so your elbow and arm are above your head. Your elbow should remain 90 degrees, and your palm should now face forward. And report back :)

Hereiam7575 I found this helpful. However my question here is this related to scapular winging ? Because I used to play cricket where I had to throw the ball with brute force just like baseball. One day I fell back on my outstretched arm and had severe elbow pain for few days which went away later. Now I stopped cricket and started bodybuilding. So I have been observing ( on my right side) 1) Tight pec minor where front delt dominates all pressing exercises 2) Slight scapular winging 3) Bicep,tricep are weaker and smaller compared to the left hand. The medial head doesn’t stretch to the elbow. I would be grateful if you give your opinion on my symptoms.

@@rajapusapati1 Go to nktdirectory.net/ to look for a qualified NKT practitioner. The protocol has changed substantially compared to what you see David doing here. He has made it more efficient and the testing even better. Do not be surprised, by your symptoms, that the long head bicep tendon is out of it's groove but it is quite easy to correct. NKT is a tool used by physios, chiros, massage therapists, PT and other trainers. You need to be seen so testing can evaluate your problems. cheers
