@@nabilebraheimcan you make video on lumber radiculopathy ? I feel tingling in my heels when I stand up for a while. It goes away after rest. I also have a mild slipped disc history l4 -s1, four years ago. I got relief after Phisio therapy and Cyro but still I can feel some tightness after prolonged sittings or standing and my foots are now my major concern.

I had knee pain and doctors tried to find the cause in the knee. Chiropractors adjusted my back and the pain in the knee is gone now. But as soon as I wear shoes with heels (any little heels), it causes my back pain and causes me to feel like I wear web pants below my back. Now I can see L3 causes my issue. None of the doctors I saw told me this. Thank you. I appreciate it.

Hello sir, I have same symptoms, and recently done MRI. Findings- Mild posterior annular bulge at L3 - L4, L4-L5 and L5 -S1 discs noted causing minimal the al sac indentation and mild bilateral lateral recess narrowing. No nerve root compression. Kindly advise treatment.

You mentioned the patellar reflex is Mainly L4, is there another source for knee hyper reflex?

Hi Dr. Ebraheim, can you have disc herniations in L1 threw S1 without any radiculopathy or nerve impingement??? My MRI shows that I have disc herniation in all discs from L1 to S1; yet I have some numbness and tingling, I can do leg abduction and adduction but ive developed a partial drop foot in my right foot. I have muscle cramps in my legs. How do I know if this drop foot is from my discs or is it motor neuro disease? EMG shows some innervations, I am a diabetic also, so there could be some diabetic neuropathy also. The peroneal nerves are not impinged. How can I treat my drop foot??? Please help. Thank you for any suggestions.

I really wish there was a way to contact you and ask you some questions because I honestly don't believe the specialist here is Colorado know anything about how to exam or find out issues with someone with spinal issues and I feel I could get more answers from you then the 4 I've seen. I can't feel any part of my feet almost up to my knees in my legs and constant back pain and problems that will make it to where I can't stand, bend or walk without difficulty. If there is anyway to reach out and ask a few questions that would be great and helpful. I thank you for what information I have learned from your videos

I'm into gym and exercise and I had got golfer's elbow but it got cured completely a few days ago. Now I have got a cold with fever and the elbow pain is back. Does fever worsen injuries?
