OMYWORD. You explained it very well. I had to do research about head rotation with respect to the vestibular system and corticospinal system, but I do not have a great background about neuroscience. I think there is a mistake. The medial vestibular nucleus gives fiber that go to the ipsilateral and CONTRALATERAL medial vestibulospinal tract. Isn't that right ? Still a very nice video.

i was told i had 6th cranial nerve paralysis along with pyramidal tract and cerebellar tract dysfuntion i also have several types of nystagmus- latent, horizontal, pendular

I thought the vestibulospinal tract entered the spinal cord above the the ventral horn not lateral to the lateral horn?

After understanding your wonderful explanation, I have been reading through first aid and found that in Decorticate UMNL there is overactivation of both the rubrospinal and vestibulospinal tract!? why vestibulospinal is over-acting ?
