Thank you for leaning on the side of a more natural approach. This was right down my ally. Canadian osteopathy I’ve had great success with the pain. Feeling it may be a pinched nerve?? Will also look at vitamin B12 next as I have mostly a whole foods plant based diet. This just started in October. Hard to sleep and uncomfortable.

If you have more than one type, then one may not be reversible and if you have several problems causing different kinds of Neuropathy, seems it would be very hard to determine the difference and how to treat them. Right?

That one woman asking a billion questions was really irritating. I get wanting to get answers but other people are there and want to hear the Dr. speak on what he has in his lecture. And some of her questions he had already been answered earlier. She obviously wasn’t paying attention. Great video, by the way. It was helpful in giving me info on making a decision how to move forward in treating my neuropathy.

Dr I developed peripheral neuropathy because I was in bed for a year with a tracheotomy and when I was able to get better with my lungs I started feeling numbness and tingling in my legs the neurologist sent to do some test and he told me that my sciatic nerve were damaged but I don’t have pain in the sciatic nerve he prescribed gabapentin medication in a very higher doses and 2 years later I started having pain, I didn’t have all my drs working together, the gabapentin help but not all the time. I am having a physical therapy that is helping me a lot and also acupuncture and believe I am not depressed yet I suffer from anxiety and insomnia but I have that problem before I got sick. I like every thing you said nobody explained to me anything about the neuropathy and I have to started learning by myself I don’t know why the majority of dr don’t explain what is your problem and how they going to help I felt like they treated me as an ignorant which I am not and I am exactly doing what you’re saying looking for alternative treatment besides the medication

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge . Iv suffered sever neuropathy for several years and only now have the disability to cover medical help . As of now, its still a mystery but it has destroyed my life . I cant put shoes on (bought so many shoes trying to find comfort) and my legs cant move from the the gas to the break so i cant drive anymore . I cant take the seritonum (for the extreem pain) because it gives me sever depression and very real nightmares . If it cant be reversed, i would at least like to know the "WHY" . But thank you again for your sharing your knowledge . My doctor just wrote "wont take" re the medicines so i do feel utter dispare living in this pain . I lost my son 6 mths ago and had a very vivid nitemare about him that had me in tears for a week and waking up fighting .

You can never say to someone “I know what you are going through”. No one except you really understands and knows how you are feeling. You can however say “I have some personal experience of this”. This is empathetic and is factual. It’s also shows a greater understanding. It’s more of an open statement. Many thanks.

Alpha Lipoic Acid IV along with close monitoring of all vitamins, minerals & enzymes to determine what you may be deficient in is a great place to begin regeneration of nerves, myelin sheath.

@@donwinston WRONG, My Neurologist & my Nerve Conduction Studies PROVE that in FACT myelin & axonial damage has began to REGROW BOTH. You are indoctrinated by “allopathic medicine” of which is never to “ cure anything”, only “treat symptoms” See there’s a whole big world of actual physicians who do know & cure many diseases & health problems by knowing the biomechanics & physiology of how to maintain homeostasis. Maybe if you & the other over 95% of Westerners would actually be responsible enough to educate themselves & do research, locate actual healers, then there’d be much less suffering & death at the expense of patients who do not bother or care enough about their own bodies/health plus thinking that just because a person has letters behind their name- too many ppl think another human being is The Creator of all life. Personally I’m moving toward the side of millions who’ve came to think maybe just let TPTB succeed in their depopulation of useless eaters.

Try fasting, and cutting all carbs and sugars. Try a 2-3 day fast. Switch to a green food diet, and exercise by walking, swimming, or cycling. After a 2 day fast you may find the pain nearly goes away. Diabetes has been linked to it and some people are prediabetic for decades and don't even know it.

Nothing is perfect for everyone but we are also learning his b12 deficiency wasn’t correct it’s more along the lines of magnesium.

They knew I was coming from Florida, but did not inform me that he was not going to be there. So I had to deal with his brother who is a chiropractor instead of the neurologist. He said he knew all the protocol and that everything would be fine. The story goes on and on, I could write a book. All I could say it cost me more than 3,000 all down the drain.
