I have Andrew Huberman as a search on my YT app. It is the first search I always do. Thank you so much. As a 65 year old woman rebooting it is invaluable!!

How have only 3,200 people seen this? These guys should be plastered everywhere, their insight and knowledge is invaluable.

Did a Google search for two of my favorite neuroscientists to see if they've hung out, and voila! If I was 40 years younger, I'd offer to volunteer in either of their labs for free and find another way to make a living!!

I found myself "Livewired" in a bookstore (i.e. the book cover got my eyes) and I had a strange feeling that Dr. Huberman had interviewed Dr. Eagleman before. I picked up my phone did a search, this video came up and I knew that instant I needed to buy the book. I've no Instagram and I had no idea that both doctors had spoken publicly but I got that gut-brain feeling... It makes me wonder: does the book come with an embedded livewire connection with potential buyers? 😅

Norman Doidge's books are also excellent discriptions of work in this area.

Wow. ‘Warm up’ ! I write a lot as I’m an aspiring science writer, & I’ve long noticed that even though I’ve got a really good idea in my head to write up, often at first both physically & mentally I can’t get it down on paper & I used to give up in crushing disappointment THEN I realised that if keep plugging away, even writing down some wrong, stupid (& misspelt) words EVENTUALLY it all kicks in & I start to operate at my usual super brilliant level … hehe no really.

Does anyone else hold out the finger that has the copied text on it while one pushes other buttons with one’s other fingers to get to where one wants to drop down the copied text ……. & which latter manoeuvre you can perform only (not!) by returning to the finger which has the copy on it !?!?!?!!!!!! Hehehe.
