Aishwarya, i don't know if you will see this or even if what i am saying makes sense, but what you said about kinda gaining weight after working out and all that reminds me of hormone imbalance. I used to be very slim (but felt healthy and active) and used to love walking or exercising at home until i went through a rough patch of health which messed up my health and and since then i cannot work out or even over work my body without horrible consequences (like my whole body gets bloated joints feel inflamed and body pain fever like symptoms etc) and i do gain like up to 5 kgs of weight without any changes in diet in like a couple weeks. It took many many months to even realize that it was cyclical and Over the years i have figured out that my hormonal cycle has something to do with this. I don't know if it's my place to say it but if this clicks at all please discuss it with your doctor. If not, then please ignore this comment, love you 🧡🧡

This was thoroughly enjoyable to watch! 24:52 Sonali gained weight probably also because the body was building muscle, and not just a possible appetite increase as a result of the higher activity. I'm shocked the doc didn't tell her that not all weight gain is bad. This is exactly the kind of scale-anxiety the causes people to recommend not weighing yourself too frequently. 31:44 deadlifts "work" the lower back rather than stretch it. Jefferson curls stretch the lower-back for example. 34:47 Isometric movements are where the muscle maintains its length against resistance, whereas "doesn't stretch" also applies to concentrics. Concentric is when the muscle shortens and eccentric is when it lengthens. 50:29 "always" exercising the big muscles first may lead to some muscles not improving. The most common example of this seems to be calves. Many people train calves as an afterthought at the end of their leg day, when most of their energy is gone, and fail to improve them much. 53:17 I read (from several sources) that just a 3 minute backwards-walk every day can reduce the chance of falling significantly in older people. So it doesn't take much to start seeing lots of benefits!
