Eat something sugary before bed fe an apple or orange or so, just be sure you don’t get hypoglycemic in the night. Maybe you need a small meal of oats before sleeping
@lifeisgood070
@lifeisgood070 Жыл бұрын
If it's hypoglycemia I would just do a tablespoon of honey or a tablespoon of MCT oil. It's frankly probably impossible to figure out what the actual issue is without like a bunch of brain monitoring and blood monitoring during sleeping. But if it's anxiety I would get a notepad or use Evernote and write down everything on your mind before you go to sleep and try to get comfortable with the idea there's only so much time in a day. It could also be you're not breathing very well during sleep and you can try those breathe nose strips. Maybe you have too much light in your room until your body does not fully sleep. Maybe you are not taking enough magnesium. I always take at least 30 mg of magnesium before sleeping. You have to make sure it's the right kind. Magnesium sulfate would not work at all . Just try different kinds until you find one that works for you. It could even be that you don't exercise enough during the day so you just have too much natural energy at night. It could be you were looking at computer screens right before bed and so your melatonin production is off. Sleep is really tricky I would legitimately just try to research everything you can on it and do every single step one at a time and eventually you're gonna find a step that basically completes the circle for you

It’s a gamble because there’s so many factors at play with sleep (last meal before sleep, body temp, room temp, etc.) But if you have limited time to sleep, and you have the choice between 4.5 hours of sleep or 5 hours of sleep, always take the 4.5. Your odds of being able to wake up feeling better equipped to handle the day are much higher when following the 1.5 increments on a time crunch.

If you sleep 8 hrs and you can't feel fresh. Cut the sleep to 5 hrs and see how that affects you. If that doesn't make you fresh increase sleep time to 9hrs. Deep sleep is important. Keep all strong white lights off after sunset. Your melatonin levels will ruse gradually.

Yes omg I get so many good ideas and so much motivation at night. Usually around 9 pm. And I tell myself I need to go to bed and I can do all these things in the morning but then when I wake up, all I want to do is sit in the same spot all day and then once the sun sets I get insanely depressed... but then after I've come to terms with the fact that there's no sunlight left in the day that's when I feel that motivation again and it's a viscous cycle.
@bl1398

Might be it’s tough to go from stopped to running. At 9pm before you go to bed write down a list of tasks you’ll do when you wake up. start the list with tiny easy tasks, mundane stuff like iron 2 T-shirts, clean a cup, order a book. It’s not even important that you actually need to do these it’s just to kickstart the action mindset. Make the tasks on the list bigger further down until you list the big tasks you want to work on. Upon completing any task you get a dopamine hit that should help move into the next one. The list also helps as it’s a easy to follow plan and the planning part has already been done.

Not sure what your work/life situation is, and you might have to wake up early to be somewhere. But if you don’t, maybe work on the things you want to do, because not everyone is a day person. You may accomplish more for a few hours before going to sleep or until you feel tired. And then just wake up late if you can, you still used your time to be productive :)

Find the root of your problem. Try to think when it all started and what caused it(might take some time) I was bullied and got socially anxious I also stopped working out and following God and got depressed I will learn muay Thai one day but before I must know whether Jesus christ in the true god and if he is I must have faith in him and follow his ways if he is the truth. I want to find good friends also and do that self improvement thing but Jesus christ is first Create a purpose and work towards it everyday. The purpose must be realistic so that you think you can do it and you pursue it everyday because you want it more than anything.
