I had a life altering NDE 26 years ago after nearly passing via pneumonia. Whilst it was beautiful, being back into my physical body has been a challenge. I don't fear death, but haven't found serenity or the peace of my NDE. Consequently I burnt all my bridges, bought land to live on and nurture, and am choosing a quieter, simpler existence away from the surrounding mayhem. I'm getting there.

Don't focus on whether this is fact and truthful. Just realize that how very small we are in this universe alone. Think of how of what exists an ant alone isn't aware of. Take the realization of how small we are and then think of how much WE must not be aware of!

I've watched dozens of these videos and they're very consistent. Some of them were verifiable, the person knew information that they could only know if they were alive and conscious during the period they were technically dead.

I’ve been researching NDEs a lot after reading an article on NPR. Marjorie seems very credible and I hope her opening up will encourage more doctors to come forward about what they have witnessed. The evidence is out there, I think when more people believe that consciousness lives on, this world will awaken and understand that we all our one and that hurting another is like hurting yourself.

Hi Marjorie, I was lead here through a comment left on my NDE interview video. Really enjoyed listening to you talk. It is very hard often, to discribe some things that happen during NDEs. You have a very firm grip on this subject and you speak from a great depth of knowledge. It is so good to listen to you weave your way through this video! Can not tell you how GOOD it is, to hear you speak such truths! I look forwards to talking with you personaly. Meanwhile, I will explore more about you. You have brought fourth a lot of very very important aspects & information on the subject. Delightful to have been directed to this video! ❤

She’s highly highly intellectual and very well spoken. I’m a total believer in this phenomenon. I used to think that the person experiencing this was actually having strange brain activity but I don’t think that now because when they come back to life they have information that they shouldn’t have. They shouldn’t be flying around the surgery room and hearing conversations the doctors are having. I watched one story where this woman flew through the ceiling during surgery and went to the waiting area and listened to what her family was talking about. Her husband stood up and got a candy bar and ate it. When she came too she was able to ask her husband why he bought a candy bar? This phenomenon is amazing.

“Reality is incredibly larger, infinitely more exciting, than the flesh and blood vehicle we travel in here. If you read science fiction, the more you realize that you, and the universe, are part of the same thing. Science still knows practically nothing about the real nature of matter, energy, dimension, or time; and even less about those remarkable things called life and thought. But whatever the meaning and purpose of this universe, you are a legitimate part of it. And since you are part of the all that is, part of its purpose, there is more to you than just this brief speck of existence. You are just a visitor here in this time and this place, a traveler through it.” - Gene Roddenberry

This woman is so good at telling a story. I've learned a lot from it. Thank you. The only feedback I'd give is she said 'She said ' with almost every sentence. I think she's doing it for great reasons.. like to remind us that she didn't go through this, it's someone else's experience. But there are many other ways to convey this or even just drop that part most of the time. I think she might have said She said a hundred times lol otherwise it is an incredibly profound story! Thank you so much. 💗

It's rare to hear a neuroscientist who is actually open to such possibilities. She must either be retiring :) (although of course she's not that old) or working in some psi friendly/alternative corner of academia somewhere (without checking it out, I can't remember, used to know). The remarkable experience described here is that of Doctor Bettina Peyton which is also online. Marjorie, I have had several experiences, leaving my body and then recieving messages in my head. For instance, being told in my head .. " if you leave now, you can save them". I did!!! I was a huge eye- roller before. Now, I know that to be out of the body is to our true state of being. And there is a "God". I don't know if that's his name though. But, he knows everything and loves everyone. That I know for sure. It is hard not to be able to tell anyone. It is life changing!!!! I am glad you know now too. Take care.❤

For those of us who have seen and experienced being beyond the veil and understand the primary nature of consciousness, but are still here in a body living on this wet rock that floats around a big ball of fire - what about 27:41 us? What is next while we are still here? How can we use our state of awakened knowing to help the universe? The present is awesome and I can see and feel the love in everything but how can I use this to help others? Or how can I expedite my journey to the other side? What is next after nirvana? How can you help somebody who doesn’t need any help? I feel guilty and my only fear is that the debt I have racked up by the universe is too great to even imagine being able to pay back. Thank you.

I've watched many KZbin accounts on this subject and this would gain a medal if there were an Olympics for NDE video clips. It's one of the best, if not the best. I am curious, however, about a photo of a young woman which appears for a fraction of a second at the 23:27 mark. I don't read anything significant into this and assume it's just a technical glitch but I'm surprised that it hasn't been edited out prior to publication.

The other thing I'm noticing is that she talks about them knowing when the heart and brain stop functioning. How do they all know about the brain function? When someone goes to surgery, they don't put on all the EEG paraphernalia. I know this because I'm a nurse and because I've had surgeries on my own body. They don't always know how much activity is still going on in the brain. Don't get me wrong, I definitely believe in the phenomena of NDEs but unless more EEGs start getting done during surgeries, they don't really have that criteria information down pat!

The Taoist master Mantak Chia says that right before death your subtle bodies download a mother load of prana-chi into your mind-body to facilitate your final exit--it's just part of nature. that's why sometimes people have these suddenly expanded senses of awareness and such just before they are about to die, or at the time their body-mind thinks death is about to happen. He went on to say he believes people who take LSD sometimes have out of body experiences because the drug stresses their system to severely their body-mind thinks "this is is" and starts the process. this might explain your friend's experiences on the operating table, her sense of clarity and expanded awareness.

What should those of us that don't belief that "GOD" is a noun (separated and in control of creation), but that "GOD" is a verb (energy, vibration, light, force .....) be called, if not a-theists? It seems that the definition of atheist is simply taken as 'not believing in a God'. All these NDEs, OBEs and reincarnation experiences surely underlies the fact that we are 'souls having a human experience' and NOT 'humans having spiritual experiences', negating creation religions (specifically Judaism, Christianly and Islam).

So, when are they going to find a way to allow everyone who wants a NDE to go through one using the physical necessity for one...stopping the heart. I know that some who've had surgeries requiring the stopping of the heart have had NDEs. They need to find a way to do that! As for "first-hand experience" that she mentions toward the end, this is why I wrote about wanting doctors and scientists to find a way for others who want that first-hand experience to hopefully get it. Some think that psychedelics can help with that. Maybe for some. For me, my experience has faded. For NDEers, their experiences feel more real and remain a very sharp memory for them decades later.

Then it could be right, human is an entity, one ride high vibration energy realm thus still experiencing connection to other entity as whole oneness due the lack of vibration obstacle, then trapped into object oriented device of low vribration realm called body.if low contruction device that trapped an entity broken then they are back as high vibration entity.....

What does being atheist have to do with not believing in NDE. NDEs are not religious events unless the person wants them to be. This is why I have such a difficult time watching these testimonials about NDEs. Most people want to equate them with religion. I think that is incorrect as well as doing a disservice to the experience. I'm an atheist and am willing to admit to the possibility of NDEs and I am desperately hoping that that consciousness has absolutely nothing to do with a religious entity.

The answer to every spiritual “experience” is the truth that everyone is born already possessed (because Satan currently holds the earth’s deed including unsaved humanity) and besides being electromagnetic beings they have the ability to cause emotional changes in their host when an opportunity presents itself. This not only keeps their host from receiving eternal life in Christ, but it also “hires” them to do exactly what this woman is doing - paying it forward to keep the audience unsaved the easy way. This is not just speculation; I met my demons personally but thank God I recognized what they were. My experience can be accessed from my page.

@@juliaberezovaya4336 that is true but libraries and bookstores only promote books if the books get published by businesses who then get reviewed in the NY Times, etc. If they are "free" then books lack the notoriety since the books are then considered "self-published" and hence "vanity" books. I know - it's really stupid. hahahaha. You can see my first upload for links to a free training manual for example.

🐻 I genuinely don't get how you can conflate a near death experience with some experience of an afterlife. I'm not saying there isn't one, but I certainly don't think you are experiencing it during a NDE. Almost all can be explained away so easily and naturally by oxygen starvation, chemical imbalances and an understandable panic in a brain that must in some sense know, if not actually dying, is in extreme trouble. That a neuroscientist would construct a more detailed NDE than most isn't surprising either. Such a person is likely to be much more capable of contriving a convincing experience than most of us, because their brain would be aware of all the rational objections that would invalidate such an experience. I'm... not convinced. Not remotely. 🐻

Love when science reinforces the NDE narrative. You would think science oriented Atheists would see the reality of what these professionals are saying. Just like they're religious counterparts. They stay closed minded... until they have an experience as well. "Oh, now I see." lol
