I did roll on his first banner and got Dehya at 79 Back then, I had to skip to save the guarantee for Furina. The similar thing happened to Kazuha banner as well (Cost me 232 rolls across 2 banners to get 1 Kazuha) I'll take Neuvy case as a win!
