Every one of these videos is a cherished gem. Thank you for sharing your adventure by showing us what is important to you - Nevada mud, a roadside attraction of fenced antlers. the golden light on the gas pumps and all of the marvelously mundane.

The wheat field, the mud pit... both are much more than what the eye sees. Life has become too fast. A race to no where, without stopping to take notice. What a journey!

Learning to take ourselves & this ride less seriously is indeed the key to freedom….Freedom & the ability to find awe & amusement in the simplest obscure details of the dried mud & sun bleached antlers along the wayside. Your personal evolution over the course of this tour is evident in the art of your portrayals sir. Very nicely done. Thanks for having us along.

Thanks for an interesting and calming episode about life on the road in America. There is profound wisdom in the realization that happiness comes from letting go of attachments (expectations) to how things should be. Thanks again.

Thanks for stopping and smelling the... mud. Absolutely essential to the wonderful experience of motorcycling is that sudden temp drop or passing smell, seeing pronghorn, or standing on the pegs at 80mph. Hats off again, Sterling! Trust me when I say that just next to riding the journey myself, I dig your videos!! Take care...

Sterling, you have gone off the deep end and you're going to have to come back to earth at some point! LOL, I mean this in a positive way. I enjoy your videos and find them motivational. I'm going on a much shorter trip next week and hope I can discover just a little bit of that feeling of discovery and freedom.

Poetry in motion there Sterling- it could have been a social documentary rendition- the old trucker guy- so much story- A nod to a disappearing America- grapes of wrath maybe. Home is around the corner A groundbreaking travelogue!!

Always look forward to new content and seeing where your adventure takes you. Your approach to "stopping and smelling" the mud is what adventure is all about or should be. Less time racking up miles and more time taking in the sights, sounds, smells of the road are the important parts of the journey and life itself. Stay safe

I noticed that after you left Bella Coola in BC, your videos began to change. You seemed to contemplate things in life more, the journey, the mishaps and the beautiful discoveries. You took time to stop when you noticed something along your travel and you enjoyed those moments of pause and calm. You seemed more relaxed in the ride and the journey then when I first started watching this series when you landed in Victoria. You seemed rushed to get to somewhere. Did you notice that too? All in all...I have really enjoyed this journey that you have documented for others to watch and join along. I hope you will be making more of these types of videos soon. Cheers...

Sterling seeing the footage of northern Nevada reminds me of the movie Nomadland with Frances McDormand. There's footage of northern Nevada and so "familiarity" is the word of the day for me. It's at this juncture that I ask what would Persig be thinking ?
