I still can’t believe Randy is gone. I grew up with Randy. I knew him from high school. I knew he was dealing with a lot backlash after some of you guys got into trouble with his cars. Now Rachael’s illness caught up with her. Very sad.

The vehicle owner is one of the first to be sued civilly as well as the vehicle manufacturer, dealer, lessor and countless others that attorneys find reason to file suit against. Heck, the company that built the roadway as well as the company that supplied the roadway materials are potential defendants. Anyone that may possibly have the financial ability to pay a favorable judgement is a potential target in these types of matters. Is it “fair?” Honestly, that’s irrelevant to most competent and successful litigators.

God dammit ive lost my best friend in December from a unexpected heart attck and at 36 i officially lost my last friend which is sad in itself not to mention my health problems have had me down since i was 19 and i make it back but 2019 i lost it all and was not suppose to survive and my fiance left with my cars house etc and moved on with another guy while i was fighting for my life for 6 months. i survived came out the month i had my wedding planned for with no home no fiance and my cars were gone. it sucked but i just wanted my daughter and just happy i have her and all though im dealing with my health shit im just happy i uave my 14 yr olddaughter and i have chance. Wish i had my cars but am glad i have what i jave and hate seeing this shit with Rachel. it hurts a giy like me thats already down. Randy it hurt a lot as well but the stories we hear and no answers make it hurt more if he was un pain but it hurts that the family wont just say hey heres what happened. whether he was in pain or covering up future pain.people in youtube and celebs can help fans dealimg with this. I WOULD MAKE YOUR CHANNEL . I JUST LEARN TO LIFE COUCH AND MAKE PPLS LIFE BETTER.
