I was blessed to have been trained by Mike Benbow at Staccato Ranch this past weekend with their Fundamentals 1 and 2 courses. I can't wait to get back for Fundamentals 3 and the Red Dot course soon. Mike is truly a unique character. I've been around a lot of firearms trainers in my life, but I've never been around one as skilled and knowledgeable as Mike, who is also encouraging, and humble. Oh, and he makes a great cheeseburger too! If you have a chance to make it out to one of Staccato's courses at the Ranch, I can't recommend it enough. It is like no other training experience I've ever had, in the best possible ways. Mike, Jason, and Ben are all top notch, and it was a true pleasure learning from them all. I can't wait to go back.

@@thegoat2874 If you're a combat arms soldier then border patrol is heaven. outside on your own and the freedom to track groups through the desert. I was an Army MP. and the Marshal service is a good fit for many, but it's hard to get in. CBP is not bad! good money and mostly inside job, best part is they have an SRT program so if you're a hard charger they are always looking for SRT/SWAT guys. good luck.

Staccato P is one of the best duty guns ever. Us marshals wanted something faster and more accurate then Glock. Damn thing fired 126.000 rounds in six days with no malfunctions.

I own 11 Glocks, 2 1911’s, and a newly purchased Staccato CS. One of my 1911’s is a Wilson CQB Elite. That isn’t going anywhere, but I’m thinking just maybe that my Glock stable might well be shrinking soon…
