"Never Again" (Official Music Video) Ash Soular

Never Again is a song I wrote after seeing modern day history start to repeat old patterns. The Holocaust was a horrific part of history but we must never forget what happened lest we allow something like it to happen again.
The lyric, "Look at the horse it goes round and round, round and round on the merry go round" is taken from a quote my dad once taught me about how history repeating is like a merry go round.
You won't see it repeating if you look at the riders, but if you look at the horse, you'll see the same one coming back around every single time.
The lyric, "We say 'Never Again', but it's never the end, and we must still stand with them" is meant to remind us that it's never the end where we can forget about the past and become ignorant to patterns. I wrote this about my Jewish brothers and sisters but the message stands for all throughout history who would be targeted, we must never let these terrible things happen to us ever again, Never Again.
This video was filmed in Masada, Old City Jerusalem and at the "March of Nations" parade in Jerusalem.

It is okay. It wasn't your fault that the holocaust happened. It was the Nazis and their allies and the people who either helped them or turned a blind eye to it which included almost all Germans during that time.Although it is not your fault you should never forget the holocaust and make sure that the holocaust is never forgotten nor the stories of holocaust survivors and the millions of innocent people who were murdered in the holocaust.

This song touched my heart including seeing the innocent people who were murdered in the holocaust just because of their Jewish heritage even though they were often loyal to their countries and were innocent. We should never forget the holocaust so that way it never happens again. If there is one thing that the people who were murdered in the holocaust would want either than the Nazis who killed them to be brought to justice and for the holocaust to never happen again and for their stories to be never forgotten.
