More specifically he was furious because the 3 decided to sacrifice someone else. Someone they viewed as expendable. If it had been one of the 3 planners themselves he might not have been so angry. This show gave me a sense of perspective from not only the main cast, but from each and every one of the students, teachers and even the bad guys. Any show can do this but this one feels different as each of their reason comes from a genuine place and isn’t always about destroying/ruling the world, being the hero, or even wanting to even be yourself. I can go on and on about this show but I don’t want to waste anyone’s time. Isn’t top tier but definitely a fan favorite.

Honestly, what made this scene really great was that you had two difference perspectives from the viewer. When you first watch it, you initially suspect that he's angry because he had to spent his "ace-in-the-hole trick" away to defend himself which makes you view him as a monster. When you watch it after watching the entire series, you realize that he's actually angry because one of his students tried to sacrifice themselves to assassinate him. Even if Assassination Classroom isn't my "favorite anime of all time", this scene is pretty thoughtful.

I really love this anime. It may not be what the anime was trying to portray but I have an IEP (I have a learning disability, simple math it’s really hard for me to understand sort of. Like if you were tell me what’s 7x8 or something I wouldn’t know and I’d have to do it by calculator or something like that.) this anime kinda reminded me and some other kids that also had IEP’s and how we overcame challenges and learning difficulties. Also how some teachers had faith in us and helped us and took time to know us one by one. I’ll honestly never forget them. I think it also accurately represents how the school used to treat us too. No other teachers really used to care about us, we wouldn’t get scholarships or anything like that. Back in Middle school, My math teacher called me dumb because I think I answered a math problem wrong or I didn’t answer the question at all because 1. I didn’t know it. And 2. I felt embarrassed because I didn’t know it/being called on in front of people to answer. People would refer IEP classes as the “Stupid classes” and I would feel so terrible. When I got to 9th grade they saw that I was doing good in my IEP classes and put me in regular classes so I’m glad for the teachers that took time and helped me and the other kids. I graduated back in 2020. But my god this anime really hit me.
